Fenella St John is a professional make up artist based in London with over ten years experience in the industry. Her credits include television, film, advertising, magazine editorial, fashion shows, as well as corporate and private photoshoots. She has also worked extensively with private clients.
After gaining a diploma in Theatrical and Media Make Up at Norwich City College, Fenella spent two years developing her skills assisting a range of make up artists in the industry. She continued her training at Southhampton Solent University graduating with a First Class (BA) Honours in Hair and Make Up Design. Fenella has continued to develop her skill set by training in airbrushing make up, hair styling, and extensions.
Her recent work includes television productions 'Rip Off Britain' and 'Would I Lie To You?' for BBC, 'Rude Tube' for Channel 4, 'The Only Way is Essex' for ITV, and 'Wild Things' for Sky One. Fenella has also enjoyed working on shoots for industry magazines 'Hair', 'Make-Up Artist', 'Photo Pro', 'The British Journal of Photography', and various local and national newspaper magazine supplements.
Fenella was recently invited to lecture at Southhampton Solent University, which allowed her to meet her ambition to inspire young people in the industry.
